The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

The bungalow is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
