Silver Linings East is a handsomely located, completely modernized, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's more than enough room for the entire family, with close by local eateries, ice cream parlors, and present stores.

This home, which occupies one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, opulence vinyl plank floors, an expandable dining table, chic frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances that include a glass-top stove and dishwasher. The pantry is well supplied too, with new Cuisinart modest appliances, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

Savor new flatscreen Roku/cable intelligent TVs (one in every bedroom), a DVD player, a VCR, fast reliable internet, a new washer/dryer, a big covered porch with rocking chairs, a generous observation outdoor space, plenty of convenient covered parking, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the outdoor space entrance and a private boardwalk to the beach.

There are two primary bedrooms, the first of which is on the main level and includes its own den and delight bathroom.
