This pretty second-row home is new to Hobbs Realty's management program! You do not want to miss this immaculate coastal getaway with all of the bells and whistles! Outside you will find multiple levels of decks, covered and uncovered. On the boulevard decks, you will be mesmerized by the unobstructed vistas! Or appreciate your meals at the huge teak outdoor table! On the back decks overlooking the pool, you can savor sunsets and ocean breezes. A private saltwater swimming pool can be found in the backyard with a enormous deck, and an enclosed outside shower. The pool at this home can be heated September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F.
