This pretty second-row home is new to Hobbs Realty's management program! You do not want to miss this immaculate coastal getaway with all of the bells and whistles! Outside you will find multiple levels of decks, covered and uncovered. On the boulevard decks, you will be mesmerized by the unobstructed vistas! Or appreciate your meals at the huge teak outdoor table! On the back decks overlooking the pool, you can savor sunsets and ocean breezes. A private saltwater swimming pool can be found in the backyard with a enormous deck, and an enclosed outside shower. The pool at this home can be heated September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as this service should be scheduled in advance. Inside, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms! The home provides a residential, handicap-friendly passenger elevator on all three levels for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules. In the kitchen, you will find a brand new stainless steel sizable refrigerator, a gas 5 burner stove, coffee maker, Keurig, and plenty of seating for your whole event to be together. The master bath features a soaking tub and an upsized walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Elevated finishing throughout with gorgeously appointed furnishings, wood floors, and granite countertops The beach access is just a few homes East between 301 OBW and 303 OBW. Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.
