The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The second floor includes a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.

Other amenities include four covered porches, a private pool, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and covered parking under the home.
