With Town Public Beach Access directly in front of the home, this two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath, second row home is located at 802 Ocean Blvd West and has plenty of space and privacy to accommodate all your guests. The 'Last Resort' has central AC and modest and major appliances in the full kitchen. You'll also have a washer/dryer, a stereo, a DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and a cable TV with streaming capabilities. Other amenities include two covered porches with ocean and marsh vistas, an enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water, parking under the home, and a crab pond in the back yard.

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
