Great Dune Home with private pool! This 4-bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath home (sleeps 10) is ideal for your family's beach vacation. Totally equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD, WIFI. Home has washer and dryer for guest use. All four bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. In addition to the private pool, outdoor amenities include front and back decks with chairs/rockers, grille, picnic table, and an enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Beach Access between 1071 & 1073 OBW.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels included can be rented.

This vacation home is located in Holden Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to go & When to book:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • If your family is traveling with pets, you will need a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.

  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
