Sensational Oceanfront Six Bedroom Home On Family-Friendly Holden Beach With Private Oceanfront Pool

We are SO Excited to Announce Pool Installation Plans !!!!!!!

We just got confirmation from our pool installer that our pool has been delivered to their warehouse ! For 2022, we will have a brand new pool with decking on the Oceanfront side of our home. Many of you have asked for this delight, and we started this process over 1 year ago. We are currently scheduled for installation in winter 2021. We will have heating capability for the early spring and later fall units. There will be a heating fee for those that request pool heat in advance. Heat must be requested at least 1 week prior to your arrival.

This private oceanside pool will be open from Easter - October. If you choose to buy pool heat, we will turn on the heater 24 hours prior to your arrival. With the understanding that outdoor weather conditions greatly affect pool water temperature and under the peerless of conditions, the pool can be heated to a max. of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heaters can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above outdoor air temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outdoor is under 55 degrees.

Once installation is complete, we will have a new photo shoot so you can see both the pool and our new refreshed kitchen. In the unlikely event that pool installation does not take place, we will adjust the rate downward. At that time you will be given the option of cancelling with a full refund or keeping your reservation at the lowered rate.

We're excited to announce we have superb new kitchen cabinet fronts, new granite, new tile backsplash, and All New Stainless Appliances for the 2021 Year. We also have new cabinet fronts and granite in all baths. And, both oceanside decks are sporting new white vinyl railing. We think you'll like the new look at Contentment !

Please note: Due to bathroom configuration, this home is most exemplary suitable for 8 Adults Max. Two bedrooms (the bunkbed room and the center upstairs oceanside room) must access a bathroom through one of the other two upstairs bedrooms. For this reason, most people will place children in those two rooms.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS. In the event there is a cancellation or a transfer of a confirmed rental for any reason, Owner must be notified in writing, e-mail or fax. We will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the cancelled unit. If the cancelled unit is re-rented for the original lease amount, tenant will receive a refund of the payment made less $225.00, reservation fee, credit card processing costs, applicable taxes, and the trip insurance premium. Refunds will be made within 60 days after receipt of entire balance due on new reservations, on same unit, same rental period, and same rental rate.

About Holden Beach

Welcome to Holden Beach, North Carolina, where family values and old fashioned fun are still a part of your holiday. Holden Beach has a very modest commercial area on the island. That point is considered by many to be a key reason to keep them coming back year after year. While there are limited commercial establishments on the island, everything one could want is located within a brief driving distance.

The causeway leading to the island contains many specialty stores and stores, and the Town of Shallotte just 10 mins. away has multiple chain grocery and department stores that give all the necessities. Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are only 35-45 mins. away and if you can't find what you're looking for there, it doesn't exist.

There are over 125 superb golf courses within a one-hour drive from Holden Beach.
