???? CROW'S NEST + OUTDOOR LIVING

The crow's nest is one of Big Kahuna's standout features. Accessible from the top-level canal-side deck, this elevated getaway offers impressive expansive vistas across Holden Beach, with the canal below and the island stretching out around you. Seating for roughly four makes it a outstanding spot to savor the breeze and take in the view.

The canal can also be adored from both rear decks. The mid-level deck off the den features comfortable outdoor seating, while the top-level deck off the main living space offers an outdoor dining area. Front decks provide additional outdoor space overlooking the street.

???? PRIVATE POOL + TIKI BAR

The ground level is made for vacation days spent outside. The private fenced pool is mostly shaded and surrounded by sun loungers and additional seating, giving everybody room to swim, relax, or hang out away from the midday sun.

Right beside the pool, the tiki bar includes a TV, sink, bar stools, and chairs. With the gas grille close by, this area is an painless gathering place for grilling, swimming, watching TV, and spending time together.

An additional refrigerator in the garage provides convenient cold storage near the pool area, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy.

Optional pool heating is available for a minimum of 3 nights and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heat should be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

Big Kahuna's canalfront location brings a peaceful waterside feel to your Holden Beach stay. Guests may fish from the dock; however, the dock is NOT available for boat use and the boat lift is NOT available for guest use.

Boats may not be docked, moored, tied up, stored, or placed on the boat lift at the property.

????️ BEACH ACCESS

The beach is roughly 0.3 mile away, or about a 5-min. walk from the home. Big Kahuna sits farther down the island, where the close by stretch of beach tends to feel a little quieter and removed from some of Holden Beach's busier areas.

At least 6 beach chairs are supplied for guest use. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also supplied for families traveling with little ones.

????️ KITCHEN + TOP-LEVEL LIVING

The top floor brings together the completely equipped kitchen, dining area, and main living space. The kitchen includes a generously sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

A wet bar in the dining area includes a sink and specialty glassware. The main living space offers a Intelligent TV, books, and a queen sleeper couch, with direct access to the canal-facing outdoor dining deck and the stairs leading to the crow's nest.

Parking is limited to a max. of 5 cars.

???? PET POLICY

Animals are not allowed unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
