Pet Freindly Home in historic Downtown Wilmington with fenced yard - Vacation rental home in Wilmington, NC

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently finished in November of 2023 and located on a very peaceful street. Very painless access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few eateries and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with tons of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a sizable 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper couch. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some complimentary weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and table with chairs to appreciate the peaceful vistas of the area . The backyard is fenced in and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Ideal for those traveling with family pets($100). If you are only staying for one nighttime I will reduce the pet fee to $50. The owner has a separate entrance in the backyard to a studio attached to the home which he stays in many times of the year with his golden retriever. The main home space is all for the tenant and is locked off so the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) and NETFLIX to use. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker(and medium blend coffee), a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the refrigerator is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess. Family Animals 1=$100, 2=$125
