Sticking to a rental budget:

• The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• Summer is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Southport trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
