The 'reverse floorplan' top floor of this fresh designer decorated home features soaring vaulted ceilings and tons of windows to maximize your ocean vistas. The roomy open floorplan upstairs includes the living room with fireplace and 3 sizable couches (2 are Queen pullouts), dining room with seating for 14, a COVERED PORCH with table seating for 6, and a huge entirely equipped Gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite counters that has bar seating for 4, tons of counter space, TWO REFRIGERATORS, TWO DISHWASHERS, THREE OVENS, 5-burner stove top with stainless hood, microwave, and a wetbar area with second/prep sink.

The FIRST MASTER BEDROOM with private bath 1 is oceanfront on the upper level with a King-size bed, deck access, Jacuzzi tub and showerhead that is removable for use as a handheld with multiple spray settings. In addition, the upper level has a SUN ROOM with chair & couch, and an OFFICE with desk - - or close the doors for nighttime privacy, as both CONVERT to BEDROOMS with hidden Queen/Double Murphy beds (not pullout couches!), and modest closets with drawer space.

Also on the upper level is a half bath, the covered porch mentioned above, and a huge open deck with lounge chairs & rocking chairs to savor sipping your morning coffee or the evening breezes.

???? MIDDLE FLOORING LAYOUT:
The middle level of A Pirates Life homes five bedrooms. This level has a HUGE DECK with both covered and open deck areas, a hammock to relax in the shade, porch swing, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and private boardwalk over the dunes to the beach with shower/footwash. The outdoor hot tub overlooking the ocean is on another lowered deck ... envision yourself soaking in the hottub under the twinkling stars of the nighttime sky accompanied by the calming sound of the ocean waves!

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM with private bath 2 is oceanfront with constructed in cabinets, a Queen-size bed, deck access, SAUNA SHOWER featuring BODY JETS, foot massage, a rainfall showerhead, and a regular showerhead (removable for use as handheld). The cavernous oceanfront THIRD MASTER BEDROOM with private bath 3 has a King-size bed, sitting area, deck access, and JACUZZI tub with shower heads on each end (one fixed, one removable for use as handheld with multiple spray settings).

Continuing the middle level, the FOURTH BEDROOM is oceanfront with a King-size bed, deck access, and private vanity/dressing area. From the vanity, it has direct access to a semi-private Hollywood bath 4 with shared shower/toilet, that opens to a 2nd vanity/dressing area used by the street side FIFTH BEDROOM which offers ocean vistas and a Queen bed. The street side SIXTH BEDROOM with private bath 5 is a fun bunk room that sleeps up to 8 and has double sinks vanity. The versatile linens in this room includes one twin over twin bunkbed and two 'trapeze' bunkbeds that have double beds down and singles up.

Finally, there is 1 additional twin bed, 2 toddler beds, and a pack-n-play which are stored under beds, but can be moved into any room and put on the floor. These are good for when parents want their kids to sleep in the room with them.

A convenient COFFEE BAR with mini refrigerator, and the laundry facility with TWO full size washers and dryers completes the floor plan of this level.

???? GROUND FLOORING:
The ground floor/parking level features outdoor parking for 8 and covered parking for 3, and a enormous enclosed ground level entrance with interior stairs, elevator, and plenty of room for your beach storage.

Also under the home is a 1700sf covered outdoor recreation area, which is ideal for your wedding reception or family fun, with FOOSBALL, POOL TABLE, PING PONG, DARTS, DANCE AREA, PICNIC TABLE, TIKI BAR with sink & mini refrigerator, charcoal grille, and the enclosed hot & cold shower with changing room. This shower is barrier complimentary wheelchair friendly. ♿

Just outside the covered recreation area is an open air second picnic table, the private boardwalk to the beach, and the hot tub deck. Under the hot tub deck are 2 hammocks and a seating area (hint: parents appreciate to chill and relax here while the kids play in the sand at their feet!! : )

The over-sized GOURMET KITCHEN w/2 sinks (1 oversize double sink + 1 prep sink), 2DW, 2 refrigerator, 3 ovens, and MW is well equipped with everything for your culinary needs ... spices, sugar, S&P, tons of dishes, a great mixture of pots & pans, and everything else you could need including kitchen gadgets, casserole dishes, baking sheets & pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, salad spinner, and even a pizza stone. Numerous modest appliances include a Vitamix blender, standard blender, juicer, hand beaters, stand mixer, toaster, tea kettle, Keurig, French Press, 3 standard coffee makers, coffee grinder, electric can opener, crock pots, electric skillet, George Foreman grille, and a Belgium waffle iron.

Other items supplied in the home not mentioned previously include a cooler to carry on beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, binoculars, porch swing, rocking chairs, hammocks, lounge chairs, acoustic guitar, books, toys, cards, dice, poker chips, tons of games & puzzles, 6 bicycles (4 adult/teen, 2 kid), and two XBox 360 with games (use ours or bring your own) including RockBand/GuitarHero (microphone, drums, 2 guitars).

LINENS: Bathmats are supplied in each bathroom. Linens includes protective bed covers, protective pillow covers, one spare blanket in each bedroom, and comforters, quilts, or duvets for each bed. Each king bed has three standard size pillows, each queen and each double has two, and each twin has one. The two toddler beds and the pack-n-play do not have pillows. Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not supplied, but are available to rent for reasonable prices from many local companies (see linens below in "amenities" section).
