This elegantly designed oceanfront condo is perched in the best part of the building, top floor, with expansive ocean vistas all around, ideal for a couple, modest family, girls trip, surfer getaway or a mini double date hideaway! Wake up to the sound of the ocean and appreciate your coffee on the balcony taking in the amazing sunrise by the pier! The unit has one bedroom with a king bed, intelligent TV (Connect your Netflix or Hulu!) and bedside lamps with constructed-in USB chargers. The living room can host an additional two guests with a very comfortable pull out queen couch bed with gel topper. Entirely equipped kitchen with everything you need to savor a nice home cooked meal if you choose. Washer/Dryer in unit, and access to the outdoor pool steps away from the building with a privacy fence. Appreciate stepping back in time with our record player and collection of tunes to help you feel the beachy vibe! Use the tide clock to track the best times to hit the beach for a fun shell hunting excursion. We are a 4 min. walk to the nearest beach access, and a 3 min. walk to the Carolina Beach Pier, rated BEST waterfront dining in 2024 per Wilmington Magazine! A short 3-5 min. drive to the boardwalk where there is a ton of fun, food and stores!

A few things to note about the property:

- We are a top floor unit and unfortunately we do NOT have an elevator. There are four flights of stairs to get to our unit, but we promise the view is worth it! We like to let our guests know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.

- Please note, we are an Oceanfront property, not a Beachfront property. It is a short 4 min. walk to the beach access, but directly in front of our unit you will see the rocks that protect the properties from the tide. Take a look at our photos off the balcony for reference.
