Savor the ocean breezes and elegant vistas at this beautiful townhouse by the sea. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, Wrightsville Winds is conveniently located to the beach, local eateries and unique stores.

The main floor has a roomy kitchen, half bath and huge open concept living and dining area. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating to help relax and relax while listening to the waves crash close by. You'll appreciate cooking up a fresh meal in the completely supplied kitchen after a long day on the beach! Seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar makes this a great spot to catch up on the day's adventures.

The second-level offers a Queen bedroom with shared access to the ball bathroom, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, and the bunk bedroom with private bathroom and access to the second level deck. The bunk bedroom has two bespoke constructed in bunk beds that are twin over full sized beds.

Upstairs, the top-level features a Master suite with King bed, private bathroom, and access to another private deck with ocean vistas.

Beach accessories are stored in the closet in the car port and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sun and the sand. There is parking for 4-5 cars (depending on the size). Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Family Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

When to visit Wrightsville Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your Southport vacation home in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
