Stunning Vacation and relaxation, these are things everybody looks forward to. Whether you are surfing, basking in the sun or appreciating the summer breezes on the oceanfront deck, you will appreciate being on island time. This oceanfront 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home is steps away from the sand and surf. Grab a cold drink and feel the anxiety of everyday life melt away. This home has freshly been modernized inside and the beach strand re-nourishment finished. All that is needed is some sunscreen, a good book and vacation memories to be made.

On the ground level there is enough room for 4 cars, enclosed outdoor shower, and golf cart charging outlets.

The first floor includes the kitchen (with a drip coffee maker), living and dining area, and laundry room. Along with a half baht, and two bedrooms with king beds that share a jack-n-jill bathroom.

The second floor have the remaining bedrooms. Two rooms with 2 doubles, one room with 2 twins, and the remaining room with 1 queen.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 28 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $230 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
