Appreciate visiting at the impressive Pineapple Beach Club! This new ten bedroom luxury property features cavernous sleeping quarters, each with its own private bathroom and enormous 4K SMART TV. Additionally. The property is equipped with a heated pool, outdoor bar and lounge, and of course, private beach access.

The ground level offers beautiful outdoor enjoyment with a huge pool, dining & lounge areas, outdoor shower, and full outdoor bar complete with sink and grille area.
Stay warm in the fall and winter with an outdoor propane fireplace among the outdoor seating.

The openly planned main floor can be accessed via the property's full sized elevator or one of two main staircases. The roomy main floor offers a living room, kitchen with generous butler’s pantry and center island, and sizable dining area, all brought together with a 20ft floor to ceiling glass door system providing uninterrupted vistas of the Atlantic leads out to the partially covered huge ocean side deck. Four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor.

Ascent the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which homes six additional bedrooms, including two opulent master suites featuring king beds and private bathrooms with rain showers and jet tubs. All beds in the property are paired with top of the line memory foam tempurpedic beds.

Back outside, the second floor features both a street side deck, as well as a private master deck complete with sweeping ocean vistas and a dining area for year-round enjoyment. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, three fridges, ice machine, tankless water heaters, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more.

Finally, this property is entirely wheelchair accessible. The elevator was handpicked for accommodating wheelchairs large & modest, and 2 of the 10 bedrooms (one on each floor) are wheelchair friendly with walk-in showers and ADA doorways.
