Welcome to Family Tides, our three-bedroom, two-bathroom comfortable coastal hideaway offers the ideal Oak Island getaway! Located on a peaceful street, you're close enough to the beach to catch every sunrise yet far enough to savor peaceful evenings under the trees. Guests can appreciate our screened in front porch with lounge seating or relax on the roomy back deck in our entirely fenced back yard space. Bring your beach gear, bicycles, and more—there's plenty of parking space for everybody (up to 4 cars) as well as space to store your beach gear on the covered porch. Our home is also steps from the intracoastal waterway, ideal for fishing, water sports, or bird watching!

Inside, you'll find an open concept floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are wide open with vaulted ceilings to give the space an open and airy feel. The living room and dining room provide plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. The living room has a 65" roku tv, super fast wifi, and plenty of games for the whole family.

The kitchen is a prepare's dream! Totally outfitted with cookware, dishes, silverware, and every cooking utensil you can think of! Have coffee your way with a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a french press, and a bean grinder. Guests can enjoy our coffee bar conveniently supplied with flavored syrups, creamers, and more! Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops give the space a modern look and feel and the kitchen island offers additional seating. The adjoining laundry room and storage space is ideal for all your extras and guests are welcome to use our HE washer and dryer with laundry pods supplied for convenience.

The primary bedroom features tall vaulted ceilings, a new king bed, desk, intelligent tv, 2 giant closets, and a enormous bathroom with double sinks, a separate vanity, and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms each boast a queen bed and a twin bed, a intelligent tv and cavernous closets, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements and plenty of space for bigger groups, families, or multi-family getaways. Plantation shutters throughout the home darken the rooms so everybody can sleep in during their vacation. Bed linens and towels are included for 8 guests and beach towels are supplied in the summer months! All linens are included by a professional linen service and beds are made with linens prior to arrival!

Out back is a secluded yard, completely fenced and ideal for the kids and the dogs to run and play. The huge deck has a gas grille, along with a table and chairs with umbrella. When the stars come out, build a fire in the fire pit and relax in the sizable, additional-durable Adirondack chairs. Rinse off all the sand in the spacious, private outdoor shower. Family Animals are welcome in our home! The ideal blend of privacy and beach life awaits!

The beach access can be comfortably accessed by taking a fast 10 min. walk or 2 min. drive up Middleton Ave. There is parking for a golf cart on the left side of the home by the driveway.
