Both living rooms are brightly lit with striking beach décor and comfortable seating, each furnished with one of the two double-sized sleepers couches along with a flatscreen TV for family movie nights. If game nighttime is more your speed, a enormous coffee table stands ready with more than enough space for you to monopolize.

In each kitchen area you’ll find granite granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, a modern space designed for cooking modest family meals and appreciating peaceful moments. Barstool seating for four is included to gather around the center island at the end of an eventful day to appreciate drinks, snacks and conversation.

Right off the eat-in area on each level you’ll find a full bathroom, which includes a full-sized tub/shower combo. Closest to the bathroom there is a guest bedroom with a double sized bed.
