Parking instructions:
Parking for unit #2 is on the right side when facing the property from the street. 2-3 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking.
Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

• Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to stimulate new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
