Every guest's independence is key at Patriots Place, a single family home with enough space and privacy for up to four families to go in any direction they please. Luxuriate in our bespoke beach home located into a beautiful modest neighborhood setting with high end appliances and furnishings, comfortable bedroom suites, and 360 vistas. Entertain in style in the sizable great room for drinks and mealtime, or escape into one of the extravagant bedroom suites when you want a bit of down time, and appreciate your own deck in your jammies. With two kitchens, two laundry rooms, two living rooms, and generous parking, you and all your family and friends will want to become Citizens of Patriots Place!

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

• In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
