Happy Place is an refreshed 2 bed/2 bath 2nd story condo including bamboo floor, new bedroom carpet, stainless steel appliances, concrete kitchen countertops, glass tile backsplash, and calming accommodations for family and friends.

****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are mandatory. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for visitors with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does accept for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any car. The HOA recommends that visitors only bring one car during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.
