About this Property

Recently redone (finished 10/2019)!

*Due to Hurricane Florence (in September 2018) we were unable to rent during the time frame of October 2018 to October 2019.

Located at 21 N. Front St. (Unit 2B2) in Wilmington, NC 28401

Come visit and stay in the middle of everything that is Downtown Wilmington. Dining, shopping, and nightlife are literally outdoor your window and front door. One block from the Riverwalk that runs along the majestic Cape Fear river.

Sleeps two (adults) agreeably (pull out bed in living room can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children). Sheets, towels, cable TV and high speed WiFi supplied. Private entrance to the 2nd floor.

Kitchen includes all stainless appliances, ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cherry cabinets, thoroughly outfitted kitchen (hardware and silverware only; no food or perishables included) with all necessary items to stay in and prepare if so desired.

There is also a balcony/fire hideaway outdoor the bedroom that overlooks Front Street. A great place to start the day and soak in that first morning cup of coffee.

We are currently in our fifth year of renting the unit (minus the time for remodel due to Hurricane Florence in 2019) and are more than joyful to again share the location with you.

*As other units are on towards the end of the modernization process, there can be workers in the common areas during normal work hours.
