This charming, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is located on the 4th floor and offers amazing ocean vistas. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen size bed. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side; one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. This rental has breath taking ocean vistas; watch the crashing waves from your enormous balcony!

When to reserve a Southport rental & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for local shops and restaurants.

  • Visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or charges may be applied to your invoice.

Have a fantastic stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are assessed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
