This home offers private boardwalk docks for the best crabbing and fishing on the island.

Inside you will be greeted with a cavernous great room boasting comfortable beachy furnishings with expansive MARSH vistas. The open reverse-floor plan in the humongous Kitchen/Dining/Living accepts everybody to socialize in the entirely supplied kitchen with open access to the deck overlooking the Marsh and features a sizable prep island, top of line appliances, dining area with seating for 10, and breakfast bar. It will inspire you to create great family and friend's entertaining memories! You can choose to dine inside at the generous table enveloped by alluring vistas or al fresco under the stars on the XL porch watching the impressive wildlife on the marsh.

The King Master suite on the first level affords a private refuge with a sitting area, outdoor porch access and en suite bath. This main floor master suite with office/sitting room provides a King bed as well as a sleeper couch for 2 for those who may want to keep a few little ones close by. This hidden tucked away space also accepts for calming solitude, peaceful workspace or afternoon nap time. The open reverse-floor plan in the giant Kitchen/Dining/Living accepts everybody to socialize in the completely outfitted kitchen with open access to the deck overlooking the Marsh.

An fresh grocery market, spa, and shopping area is a short golf cart ride away. Discover the Bald Head Island Conservancy at the end of South Beach, where you can learn about the island’s wildlife. Sign up for classes, including the trendy evening “turtle walks” to search for and observe nesting Loggerhead Turtles. If your timing is right even watch their hatchlings heading to the ocean for the first time!

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
