Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four handsomely appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own extravagant full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with 2 queen beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and jack and jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Located on the pool side is the second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle, this bedroom also shares the jack and jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third and fourth bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, walk in shower.

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a completely supplied haven designed to cater to every guest's want! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an broad array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.

The first of these upper-floor retreats is located on the street side, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite tub/shower setup. Located on the street side, the final bedroom features a queen bed.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of additional amenities thoughtfully included for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with body boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by opulent umbrellas.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

Please inquiry about home events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind for approval.

NO Family Animals- if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your best deal:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

• Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
