The open concept living area is great for families and makes this home feel very roomy. Just off the living room is the primary suite with a king bed and a sizable private bath with convenient access to the sound front deck. The split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds, are located off the main entry hall. A guest bathroom is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is painless to navigate, so meal prep becomes effortless!

The HOA requires all cars to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Family Animals, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
