Holden Haven offers thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay. The casual open living area where all can gather includes a well-equipped and upgraded kitchen, dining area for 11, a 50" HDTV Intelligent TV, full private bath, and direct access to the porches. Additional amenities include ROKU and games. A ground floor renter's storage area has a second refrigerator, charcoal grille, and other outside amenities. You will appreciate the sizable outside shower with hot/cold water to finish off a great day at the beach. The beach access is only a 3 to 5 min. walk away with access located between 301 & 303 OBW.
