Spectacular beach home. Highly charming location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all eateries. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This home has a humongous yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. Supplied are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta bed. We provide all linens. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. All bedrooms have wall mounted intelligent TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Finding the best value:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
