This unit offers access to a lovely, in-ground, salt water pool that is open ALL YEAR. The pool can be heated during the "Off-Season." Pool heating fee is mandatory.

The BOAT DOCK is directly in front of the unit across the street (approx. 30 seconds walk). Power and water to the dock is included. Seating is now available on the dock.
