“Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the freshly constructed public bath home that leads to the close by beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and constructed-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper couch and access to the deck.
