As a 100yr old property, there is no central air; the living room & primary bedroom have individually controlled hotel-type AC/heating units. Early checkin/late checkout options. Entire bungalow, front porch, back deck, backyard (not fenced) We are available via Airbnb message or text as needed. We live and work close by.
