Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead pretty 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all eateries and bars. Totally supplied with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets included. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample complimentary on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air bed that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer supplied with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are supplied. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY outfitted kitchen for making memories with family.

All TVs are intelligent TVs as well. One off street space parking space is supplied and there is ample complimentary street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)

Get the best rental home value:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Booking your Southport vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
