Welcome to the Luxury Loft in Downtown Wilmington! Located on Water Street across from the famed Downtown River Walk and Cape Fear River, you are the ideal spot for your Wilmington Vacation. Whether you are coming for weddings, festivals, races, events, or just as a fast hideaway, you will be so glad you chose to stay here. You have found your home away from home with a full kitchen, full bath, 1st-floor accommodations, and a loft bedroom with queen bed! Please note that our comfortable sleeping quarters are located in a LOFT accessed by stairs, surrounded by a bespoke metal railing designed by a local blacksmith. Note: While up in the loft area, you will not be able to stand up completely. Guests with back problems or difficulty climbing narrow stairs may find it challenging to navigate the sleeping quarters.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next to the building.

Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Many management companies supply Southport area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
