Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.

Ideal location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely painless access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Savor a drink in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Conveniences include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy Mansion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Trask Coliseum or Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. • Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
