Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.

Ideal location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely painless access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Savor a drink in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Conveniences include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy Mansion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Trask Coliseum or Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
