This top-floor balcony features additional seating with rocking chairs and a screened-in porch ideal for appreciating morning coffee or al fresco dining. The first bedroom that's fit for royalty completes the floor and features a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the balcony. An adjacent full bathroom with a shower accepts for added convenience.

Heading downstairs, you'll find the roomy primary suite featuring a king-size bed, sitting area, flatscreen tv, direct access to the lower balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, ample storage space, and a massive tiled shower. Last but not least, the third bedroom is also located on this floor and offers a opulent half-poster queen-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV. This bedroom is conveniently located right down the hallway from a full-size bathroom with an extended vanity and tub/shower combination. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
