There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fenced in backyard. With roomy common areas, including a kitchen bar filled with sand & sea glass, enormous front porch, and a second TV room, your group will have plenty of room to make memories together!

Additionally there is a public dock a few tons over & across the street that can be used for fishing, calming, or dropping in SUP/Kayaks

Freeman Park is right down the road. Bring your 4x4 car & purchase a day pass in order to drive onto the beach!

There are two beach accesses only a short walk away!

We purchased the home Summer 2026 so please let us know if there is anything you notice that you appreciate or don't appreciate so that we can keep that in mind when we're able to update things!

Please be aware that this area is subject to coastal flooding. Areas of Canal Dr. can flood during King Tides (dates can be found by googling) , making detours & securing of road level property necessary. Appreciate all that Carolina Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

Vacation insurance is highly recommended, particularly during hurricane season.
