The modernized FROG/media room offers the ideal space to getaway or stream movies after a long beach day.

This is the ideal vacation home for family or friend groups of all sizes.
The location is premiere, located on a sizable private lot, graced by wraparound porches, shady trees and friendly local neighbors.
A entirely equipped kitchen affords opportunities for convenient meal prep while the family sized dining table comfortably accommodates group dining. Natural light abounds in the open-air living room with soaring ceilings offering a comfortable setting for entertaining or calming after active days exploring or beach going.
The separate FROG has been completely modernized to comfortably sleep 4 with 2 trundle beds + new hybrid beds. Equipped with ceiling mounted projector for streaming movies or favorite channels, foosball table, bean bags, Intelligent TV, mini refrigerator and popcorn machine. This is the ideal space for adults and kids of all ages to savor some privacy, lounge and game time.
No one will feel cramped at the Waterman. Whether appreciating a peaceful morning coffee on the front porch bistro, a favorite book on the screened in back porch, evening drinks by the firepit or games in the backyard there is plenty of space here for you to relax, play, entertain and enjoy time with your favorite people or family pets.
