The 2nd floor full bath in the hallway has nice tile work and a bathtub and shower. Next to that is a washer and dryer.
The backyard with a privacy fence is ideal for a family gathering. There is plenty of seating on the porch and additional seating in the yard. There is a modest play set for the kids too!
Located on a peaceful corner lot in the Castle Street Arts District, you’ll be able to savor calming relaxation while still being located close by coffee stores, eateries, antique stores, second hand stores, a record store, a convenience store, and ice cream. It’s also just a short 10 min. walk past striking historic homes to get to downtown, the riverwalk, eateries, shopping, nightlife, entertainment, museums, and more.
