The living area features plenty of comfortable seating to snuggle up on and watch your favorite shows or movies on the 55-inch flatscreen TV. No expense was spared in the remodel of this oceanside bungalow! The completely equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and appealing cabinetry. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
