This open floor plan features freshly painted walls (2020) with the handsome exposed wood beams giving you the feel of a traditional beach bungalow that families yearn for.

Located just steps from the beach, you won't have to walk far to get back to the home for anything and the keyless entry eliminates the concern for lost keys. Don't feel like cooking or driving? Take a 7 min. walk to Island Way Restaurant and Bar - Oak Island's favorite ocean front dining experience. Need something quickly? The Beach Pantry convenience store is only 0.5 miles away - an simple walk. We are just a short walk from Oak Island's famed Ocean Crest Pier where you can fish without having your own gear- rods, bait, etc. available for rental.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
