Just down the hall is the second bedroom with two twin beds, plenty of closet space, and a shared full bathroom. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking tags are required and will be left on the kitchen counter for you when you arrive. All condos include 2 parking spots. Additional paid parking is available street side or in one of numerous public parking tons on the Island. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
