At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely impressive vistas. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's impressive constructed-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season.
