Appreciate spectacular ocean vistas from your private covered balcony and listen to the music of the waves crashing on the white sand beach close by at “Beach Music”. Unwind by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to discover Mason’s Inlet a natural shoreline filled with shells and wildlife.

The open floorplan provides ocean vistas from the living area, dining area, and kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating and space for your group to relax together after a fun filled day on the beach or out by the pool. Right off the living area is the covered oceanfront balcony, the ideal spot to catch the ocean breeze or watch the sunrise over the ocean.

The master suite includes a King bed, ocean vistas, a private full bathroom, and a intelligent TV. The Queen bedroom includes a Queen be, vistas of the marsh, and a intelligent TV. The third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and vistas of the marsh. The Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share the hallway bathroom which offers tub/shower combo, ideal for giving the little ones in your group a bath after some fun in the sand and the sun.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods starter kit and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. Pet fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, $100 plus tax for the second pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental
