The home is designed for effortless island living—especially after beach days. Hop in one of the 4-seater golf carts, pull in, and head straight to the very private outdoor shower to rinse off salt and sand. From there, step onto a private deck entry that leads directly into the laundry/utility room, making it simple to manage sandy suits, towels, and beach toys before you enter the main living spaces.

Upstairs, the vaulted ceilings in the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area are filled with natural light. Access the two open porches and screened in porch overlooking the fairway and lagoon. The primary suite is also on this level with a king bed and an en-suite bath featuring a spa like walk-in shower and double vanity.
