PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities.   • Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
