The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking tags are required and will be left on the kitchen counter for you when you arrive. All condos include 2 parking spots. Additional paid parking is available street side or in one of numerous public parking tons on the Island. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Southport area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations.
