Get ready to spend your days appreciating beautiful ocean and island vistas at Pelican Watch 501! This excellent property in the Pelican Watch tower in Carolina Beach has everything you'll need to appreciate a anxiety-complimentary vacation, and as an end unit, the property has additional windows along the North end which offer vistas all the way down the island! The roomy 3-bedroom/2 bath unit has a king bed and private bathroom in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There's also a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has been refreshed with new appliances and was redone to allow a better flow throughout the living space.

Pelican Watch also offers guests an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, private beach access, and an area to grille and picnic. This is a phenomenal location near stores, eateries, the Carolina Beach Board Walk, and the Lake. It is a place the entire family will savor and want to visit year after year.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
