This marvelous 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath waterfront Wrightsville Beach home is ready for your beach hideaway! Perfectly located near the fashionable Johnnie Mercer's Pier, this home is ideal for any occasion. Spectacular oceanfront vistas and professionally designed interior make this a rare gem on Wrightsville Beach.

Swim, surf, fish, fly a kite, build sand castles, search for shells, go for a walk or relax and catch some rays! Stroll downstairs to the beach and the ocean or savor the view from the home's multiple oceanfront decks! Appreciate morning coffee and watch the sunrise from a comfortable deck chair or sip evening drinks while calming in the hot tub! Leisurely prepare and gather in the cavernous open floor plan, which joins living area, dining area, wet bar and kitchen into the ideal entertaining space. Excellent flow accepts huge groups to gather comfortably both inside and outside, including a enormous deck with a gas grille for outdoor cooking and expansive water vistas. Seating for 10-12+ in the dining and kitchen bar areas. Decks offer both covered and open outdoor spaces in case of cloudy skies or too much sun. Ground floor offers an enclosed outdoor shower, storage area for bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Generous driveway with both covered and open parking for 5-6+ cars.

- 2nd floor: 3 Bedrooms + 3 Full Baths (each bedroom on this floor has its own en suite bath!!)
- Master suite has a huge covered oceanfront deck with a 2 person hot tub, separate wet bar / kitchenette, and a extravagant full bath with double vanities, sizable tiled shower and separate soaking tub
- Top floor: Living / Dining / Kitchen areas, 1 Bedroom, Den + 1 Full Bath + 1/2 Bath, laundry room
- Den on top floor has a humongous TV + comfortable couch, creating an additional entertainment space. This den area also includes an inflatable Twin bed and can be used as additional sleeping area if needed.
- Outside dining table has seating for 6 and provides privacy and protection from the sun with pergola coverage

**Construction is scheduled to take place across the street Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times**

Parking instructions:
Plenty of parking for at least six cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

*Please note this property only accepts dogs under 35lbs* min. of 2 dogs allowed. Under 35 lbs only: Pet fee is $50/day or $350/week per dog

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $350 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
