“Our Happy Place” is a single-family home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open living and dining area that helps keep the family together. Since this home welcomes your four-legged family members there is no need to leave your best friend behind. Family Animals and kids will adore frolicking in the cavernous fenced back yard. A enormous deck off the rear of the home offers shaded seating or the option to kick back and sunbathe. The private road with no public parking will make you feel as though you have the beach to yourself.

There is a convenient hall bathroom located off the main living space that serves the guest bedroom with full bed. The living room offers numerous seating options and features a intelligent TV so that you can stream all your favorite shows and movies. The primary bedroom is located on the opposite side of the living room and has a full bed, sitting area with couch bed, desk, sizable private bathroom, stand in shower, and access to the deck that leads to the fence in back yard.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 Full, 1 Sleeper Couch.
Parking: Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Please note that the carport is narrow and may not be suitable for huge cars and SUV’s; measurements are as follows: 7' tall, 7'7" wide, 25 feet long.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on outside to capture entry steps on west side of the home.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
