Huge oceanfront deck with furnishings and access from living room and master bedroom. Cavernous and handsomely decorated, carpeted, dining table seats 8, breakfast bar, entirely equipped kitchen, ceiling fans. Seasonal community outdoor swimming pool. Crib, high chair.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
