This two-story townhome in a marsh front duplex in WB is the best of both worlds. Beach is 8 min walk and SUP/kayak launch is one street over. Yet, it is located within a year-round neighborhood that is insulated from the hustle/bustle of the beach front scene.

This townhome is one side of a two-unit duplex. All parking and amenities are separate and private. The other side is owner occupied, which ensures the property is well maintained! There are two bedrooms, a full bath, a half bath, as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower.

If you have never visited Wrightsville Beach, you are in for a treat! National Geographic ranked Wrightsville Beach one of the 20 best surf towns in the world, a list that includes beaches in Hawaii, Brazil, California and Bali.
